The refurbishment of all the external sealant work which required the
removing and replacing of the sealant giving a 10 year warranty under
the Arbo Master scheme, using NVQ qualified applicators.

This is our largest single project with a value over £300,000 of
sealant. This required applying sealants to Precast Cladding, Marble,
Glazing and Structural Glass to

Machine applied two part sealant to the Petrapave concrete paving,
sealing the forecourt, preventing petrol, oil and other contaminants
penetrating below the surface.
Client: Taylor Woodrow Construction
Silicon Stained Polished Stone Panels. All Mastic contracted to remove
silicon sealant installed by others, applying a poultice to draw the
oils out of the stone and install non staining sealant.
