Training at All Mastic is big on the agenda.
All Mastic Ltd has played a leading roll with the Association of Sealant Applicators in the creation of the Level 2 NVQ in Joint Sealant Application QUG 700, and Level 3 QUA 766
At the All Mastic Training Centre near Bristol there is a facility to train and assess NVQs for both our own employees and candidates from other organisations.
Based at the Training Centre are Two City of Guilds NVQ Assessors and the lead Internal Verifier for the Association of Sealant Applicators.
Most Candidates can be assessed here for their NVQ FREE OF CHARGE with the Cost being Paid for by the Government,s Train To Gain.
Most of All Mastic's applicators have now achieved their NVQ or are working towards it.
APPRENTICESHIPS
The All Mastic Training Centre is curently the only centre for the UK to offer Grant aided by Construction Skills 2 Year Apprenticeships for 18 year olds and above in Joint Sealant Application.
This two year coarse will result in a NVQ Level 2 Qualification.IPAF Scissor and Boom Certificate, PASMA Tower Certificate, Abrasive Wheels Certificate, First Aid Appointed Persons.
CONTINUAL PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
All Mastic also has on going training in the use of access plant and other forms of CPD.
All Mastic is very proud of the achievement of four of their employees to be the first four Candidates to complete this Level 2 NVQ in Joint Sealant Application, we have now Qualified more than a one hundred Candidateds for companies throughout the UK.
